After submitting your service request, you’ll receive a final invoice via Square, sent directly through text message for easy access and payment.
You can pay securely using debit, credit, Zelle, cash, or other accepted methods.
Once the invoice is confirmed, your appointment date and time will be scheduled based on mutual availability between you and Zains vs Stains Detailing.

Payment is due upon arrival, but can also be completed before your appointment for convenience.
All invoices are sent securely through Square, and we also accept cash or Zelle.

Yes! We are a fully mobile detailing service serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
We bring our own water, power, and professional products, so you don’t need to provide anything — just make sure we have enough space to work safely around your vehicle.

The time required depends on your vehicle size and service level:

If bad weather is expected, we’ll contact you to reschedule your appointment for a clearer day that works best for both of us.

If the customer chooses to proceed with the service despite the weather, any results affected by rain or outdoor conditions will be the customer’s responsibility.

We always recommend rescheduling to ensure the best quality results and finish.

No — we’re completely self-sufficient.
Our mobile setup includes a 100-gallon water tank, generator, and all necessary detailing equipment, so we can work anywhere safely.

Once we review your request, you’ll receive your final Square invoice via text message for easy viewing and secure payment.
